I just finished some new pieces of furniture and put them in the shop so I thought I would post pics...Hope you like them..







This one is a great little cupboard for a little ones room...Bright & cheerful...






This desk is great..you can't see it but the backside of it has built in shelves for books..Great space saver...

My hubby made a decision that i needed to take a brake and get away for the weekend...So off I went to see my dear friend Tyler in Santa Cruz...Oh how i want to live by the beach..We had a great time, we walked talked drank wine and of course shopped...It was lovely...Thanks Tyler.love ya..

So this will be my last post before Christmas..And I just wanted to post this picture of my Dining-room hutch decoration..I am going to make this my Christmas wish..To believe my son will be safe in Afganistain, that my Boutique is going to be a success and that my family is going to have a great 2010 as we really deserve it and need it after the last 2 years...Merry Christmas to you all and I hope you have a fantastic day with your loved ones...

Skipping Christmas...

Now skipping Christmas isn't something we normally do as Christmas is my favorite holiday. But, as our son left for Afghanistan the first week of December.So we had a small Xmas in November, when he got to come home for a week...So this Christmas we are decorating the kitchen..I know boring ay but we started this kitchen 2 1/2 years ago and its about  time we finished it...so the prep work has begun and hopefully by boxing day(the day after Christmas)we will be finished..so here are some before pics...

Sorry ive been sick.....

So sorry, I know I was suppose to post the alternitive outfit from BOHO last week.But, I have been fighting off a horrible head cold that has just knocked me for six..I will post another outfit alternitive later this week though..For now I wanted to show you these photos of a house I absolutely love love love.. I love to wear Black. But rarely use the color in my     decorating. Lately though I have been using it on alot of my refurbished furniture and realizing how great it  looks.Plus I am loving all the black accents in this apartment..It goes to show that even if we rent we can   make it our own space(check with your landlord first)and enjoy where we live..This apt.. belongs to designer Marianne Brandi's and you can see more pictures of it in www.Livingetc.com..
