I love love love this...I think Ashley really has that rare talent of throwing things together(and look flippin fantastic) that most of us would be to scared to do...

Tired...

The window displays for Christmas are DONE!!!!!And look fantastic if I do say so myself..Now the only problem is I am a terrible photographer..So fingers crossed a darling friend of my sons is hopefully coming to take some real soon..So for now I will give you a small peak with one of my really bad photos..

Getting ready...

Still feeling sick, but determined to carry on..Rushing around trying to finalize everything for the fashion craft fair we are having at the boutique on Sunday(and now they are saying rain..not happy!!) And tonight, my good friend Michelle and I are decorating the store for Christmas..It should be a blast as we always have fun together even if it is work....I will post pics of the fair and the store next week...

It's been so quiet today at the store, that I decided to do some e shopping over at etsy..Look at these great vintage items from santokivintage...I love the dress it's so simple but beautiful..And that bag is to die for the bigger the better if you ask me..

My son is leaving tomorrow, back to Italy and then off to afganistan for a year..I will miss him terribly...Our hugs, phone calls and love yous are an everyday thing...And now they will be when and if he can get to a phone..But i will hold onto those last hugs we have tomorrow at the airport until I see him again..I love you son more then I can ever express and am so PROUD of you

WOW.....

WOW What a week....My son came home from Italy for a week before he is off to Afghanistan..So we(meaning myself and his friends) decided to throw him a surprise party..And much to our disbelief he was very surprised as you can tell by the picture..We also had Christmas this week as he wont get to have one..So it was weekend of much laughter,joy and wine...
Just some pictures thrown in of my decorations..I'm sure my neighbors thought we were insane with a tree up the 1st week of November..The cake stands I made using old plates and candlestick holders..they turned out lovely..


Again the horrible fact that i hate having my photo taken but, my daughter and sister look beautiful...
And last but not least the winner of the window display competition was Taylor from Whitney high School..Congratulations Taylor!!!!

Crazy Busy

Things have been so crazy around here,We just finished a window display competition between two local high schools..Whitney High and Woodcreek high, the girls all had so much fun picking out all the outfits and even did the backside of the window boxes. I just wanted to thank them..They did a great job, don't you think so....The winning window will be decided on Saturday so I will let you all know the outcome.

Well my son is home tomorrow from Italy before he goes to Afghanistan so we are celebrating our Christmas this Saturday so i have been busy decorating the house..I will post pictures soon..Well have a great weekend I know I will..
